All animals differ and naturally their needs and behaviour in different situations vary as well. It is important to us that we provide you with the best possible service and we take every possible precaution to ensure that your pets are suitable candidates for the services we provide. We also appreciate that entrusting us with the care of your pets is an important and difficult decision for you to make and so we offer a free initial consultation where we will meet with you and your pets. During this consultation we can discuss any specific requirements or special needs that you and your pets may have, take detailed notes about your pets' habits, food regime, exercise routine, medical history, etc. We will also ask you for veterinarian details and contact information, including emergency contact details.

We have a third party public liability insurance cover for all of our carers and ensure that they undertake a rigorous recruitment process, including:

• Telephone screening interview
• Review of their experience with animals
• Criminal records police check obtained
• A thorough one to one interview with a member of our management team
• Assessment of their house (if suitable for pet sitting)
• References checks including contacting past employers 

Most important of all we ensure all our pet carers are dedicated animal lovers with a passion for providing the very best of care for your pets. Each individual is special to our team and together we can provide you with the very best in professional care for your dog, cat, horse or small pet.

All services are personal and flexible without restricted time slots for pick up or drop off, that you might find with a kennels or cattery.  Your dog will enjoy daily walks, lasting from 45 minutes to an hour and we always provide lots of love and attention to all of our furry clients!

• Dog walking – A 45 minute/ one hour’s interactive walk either in a group or on an individual basis
• Pet sitting – As an alternative to kennels or a cattery, our animal loving carers will look after your dog or cat overnight as part of their family in a home from home environment
• Dog day care – From 8am until 6pm your dog will spend time with a carer in their own home, enjoying a 45 minute/hours interactive walk and lots of company and attention
• Small animal visits – As an alternative to a kennel or a cattery, our 45 minute visits offer cats and dogs the chance to stay in their own home
• Horse visits – Mucking out, replenishing water, checking over, feeding and lots of attention for your horse, when you can’t be there
• Small animal visits – We can visit your house or look after your small pets at our house, ensuring they are well looked after at all times
